Pride Group (“Pride”) is a non-banking, diverse-interest, private network of companies headquartered in Dubai, with representative offices in a number of cities around the globe.. Established in 2008 the company oversees affiliates throughout the world, some of which are as old as seventeen years. Pride, through its affiliates, employs nearly one thousand people on a full-time basis and retains more than three thousand independent representatives and brokers as well, in its network. Pride Asset’s affiliate relationship is based on a decentralized management approach. Affiliates own their own corporate identities and management teams, and are responsible for profit and loss. They benefit from the goodwill and recognition attached to Pride’s name.

The business of the affiliates covers a multitude of areas, ranging from services and information processing through finance, real estate, technology, health care and are located in Panama, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Cambodia, Ukraine, Egypt, Nepal, India and Chicago.

Currently "Pride Group":

• Financial Services interests are concentrated principally in the areas of private commodity exchanges, commodity and foreign exchange brokerage, broker-dealer operations, currency exchanges, start-up funding and angel investments.
• Information Technology interests are centered in the area of software development for the efficient processing of global securities and derivatives through solutions that support middle- and back-office functions for trade processing, clearance and settlement, data management, tax reporting and accounting, assisting broker-dealers and futures commission merchants, streamlining operations, controlling risk and managing costs.
• Hospitality Interests involve the reception and entertainment of travelers and tourists through a number of resorts and hotels. Resorts fall under the types of destination: All-Inclusive and/or Spa. Hotel properties may typically be categorized as falling under Full-Service, Select-Service and Extended-Stay categories. Restaurants are typically considered to be Fine-Dining.
• Health Care services focus mainly on outpatient nd ambulatory care, where patients come for diagnosis, treatment, or therapy and then leave.
• Real Estate interests lie in the development of construction projects, as well as investment in residential, commercial and industrial property types.
• Manufacturing involves the steel re-rolling business.
